The Porotherm clay block system is a monolithic wall structure without cavity. Just one solid insulated wall. Use these poroton blocks for your external wall where the thermal performance is important. Used from DPC (damp-proof course) up to the roof plate level and for gables. Available block sizes (wall thickness): 240mm, 300mm, 365mm, 425mm, 490mm. All block sizes available with or without integrated mineral wool insulation.
Porotherm T7 365 mm External Insulated Poroton Building Clay Block – 60/Pallet
Use for building exterior walls, bungalows and multi storey houses. No further insulation required to achieve the current building regulation (0.18W/m2K). This insulation filled clay block provides an U-value of 0.18W/m2K on it’s own.

This is our standard most popular clay block product. The Poroton Insulated Block 365 T7 is nZEB compliant, just use wet plaster internally and render externally straight onto the blocks. No additional insulation required.
A healthy and comfortable living environment comes as standard with the poroton clay wall. And you will easily maintain 20-21 degree Celsius indoors with extremely low heating bills.
The Porotherm clay block system has a lot of benefits. One of those is the 1 mm thin bed joint! No cold bridge through the mortar. Each block stands on the one below, this way you can build your wall to full storey height in a single day!
